AC Key provides a convenient solution for access management by allowing users to unlock doors at their preferred locations through their smartphones. The application eliminates the need for physical keys or credentials, streamlining the entry process with digital authentication.

Key features include an intuitive and interactive interface designed to facilitate effortless door unlocking. User registration is quick and straightforward, requiring only a few moments. The system replaces traditional physical credentials with smartphone-based access, enhancing both convenience and security. It also enables administrators to grant temporary access to visitors, specifying the duration and the number of allowed entries. Importantly, visitors are not required to install the AC Key application to utilize their access credentials.

In terms of visitor management, AC Key allows administrators to generate, customize, and distribute visitor access credentials directly within the app. They can set specific time frames and limits on usage, as well as control whether users are authorized to issue visitor passes. The ability to revoke or modify access permissions provides additional control over the system’s security.

The system functions exclusively with the AC NIO software platform. Users must request credentials from their system administrator during registration, ensuring centralized management and oversight of access rights.
